Char Koay Teow & Pineapple biscuits

I went to char koay teow (fried noodle) at macalister road with my aunt last week. This is a famous stall hence priced at rm4 per plate. Tasted okay but i prefer lorong selamat's slightly more.

My mother's home made pineapple biscuit. I felt the taste of previous year is better. The pineapple filling is made from scratch. When i in kl, i help her make before several years back.

Satay and all about satay, Ah Basri @ D'Piazza Mall, Bayan Baru

Satay wrap. It taste a little like popiah. Looks a little like kfc wrap. A fusion between east and west.

Gigantic mandarin orange

During chinese new year, eating or having mandarin oranges are a must. This year my aunt bought extra large mandarin oranges. This is the largest i have seen. It is three quarter the size of a cd!

paper bag discrepancy @ eu yan sang

Wondering what is the difference between penang and ipoh? This year v and me are getting multiple eu yan sang products for our relatives. To our surprise, eu yan sang ipoh is not only having less discount, it also charges for the paper bag on the left. The small paper bag shown cost rm3 while the big one cost rm5. Of course mine is free from penang. Penang eu yan sang rocks. If eu yan sang main office wanna investigate, the ipoh eu yan sang i just mentioned is ipoh garden plaza branch. Hate to see double standard on chain stores.

Oyster meesuah @ teow chew meng

Meesuah from teochew meng. Doesn't looks nice but taste good. Doesn't come cheap though. Cheapest is rm10++.
