Joo Leong Restaurant is located along Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah in Bayan Lepas. It is opposite the post office. If you can't find it, in the morning when you drive along SAS road towards the airport and you will come to a place whereby there are lots of cars park at the side. There is where Joo Leong located.
It is famous for its half-boiled eggs with butter toast bread. Everyone come into this shop will order these. You suppose to dip the bread into the half-boiled eggs before you eat the bread. Some will eat the butter bread with sugar sprinkle onto it. I chosen not to. There are also "side dishes" to keep you full such as nasi lemak and fried beehoon. They are sold seperately.
Two slices of butter bread cost RM1.80 while two half-boiled eggs (one cup) cost RM1.20 before the fuel price surge by RM0.78 per litre. Not too sure whether there is any price change. Couldn't remember how much the Milo shown in the picture cost. I am sure it is in the range of RM1 to RM2.
Give it a try as breakfast and be early. This place tends to be crowded and food finishes fast.
