It is still pretty cold during the morning and evening in Oregon although now already close to June. It is cold especially during rainy days. I would say 4 of out 5 days in Oregon it rains.
The jacket I get is with titanium insulation which suppose to reflect back the body heat to the wearer. I also like its light weight design and waterproof material. Waterproof is pretty important in Oregon as I mentioned above :)
