It is not by mistake or coincidence this pic appears as the first.It is because this is all BBQ plaza is about.
The BBQ sauce is imported from Thailand and I personally think that this is what it takes to make BBQ plaza's meat so tasty.
BBQ sauce plus garlics, chillies and a twist of lime.
Frozen thinly sliced meats. Beef, pork, lamb and other veges.
Prawns, mushrooms, cabbage, squid etc.
Grill, grill, grill utilizing lard as oil. :) Non halal.
A slice of pork slowly grilled to perfection.
Okay.. it is done.. feast!
