Seafood @ Hai Boey, Teluk Kumbar .. Part 2

Fried chicken with sweet sauce. Cooking style like lemon chicken but it is not. Not too sure what sauce is it. I wasn't there when they ordered the dishes.

Tiger prawn freshly steamed. The prawn is very fresh. They are just swimming in the aquarium a moment ago.

Lum Kor or Shun Hok (Ikan Hantu) fish freshly steamed. This is the best dish served today. Fish flesh texture like cod fish but slighly softer. This fish doesn't comes cheap. It is RM13 per 100gram.

Seafood wont be complete without crabs to me. Here is the salted duck eggs cooked crabs. The crab is big. This dish cost RM76. Quite reasonable.
