If you are Malaysian, you probably already heard of Ipoh's most famous food, namely the chicken, bean sprout and koay teow. Local dialect call it Nga Choy Kai. The shop featuring here is Low Wong Nga Choy Kai located at the Ipoh city centre. There is a neighbouring shop selling the same food but I personally prefer this. I typically order bean sprout, steam chicken, pork balls and dry koay teow.
This shop also featured in one of the newspaper. Many Hong Kong and local artist visited this shop before. The price is also economical, for two person it cost less than RM20 and comes with herbal drinks. If you want to go and dont know the place, email me.
