Nandos is famous for its flame-grilled peri-peri coated chicken. For those whom not familiar with peri-peri, it is a variant of chili grown originally in afrika. It is flaming hot. There are four level of peri-peri sauce for coating. No peri-peri: Lemon and herbs, Little hot: Mild peri-peri, Hot: Hot peri-peri, Extra Hot: Extra hot peri-peri.
In the picture is the snap of extra bottles of sauces available on the table in case you want to add more flavours to your dish and a servette. More info on Nandos in next post.
