Saturday lunch.. Home-cooking

Today the lunch were home-cooked. Mine is teriyaki grilled salmon with brocolli while V's are bean curd noodle with seafood taufu and crabstick. My grilled salmon is nice and in par with many restaurants. The fish quality is also top grade. It is purchased at fresh fish market section in Jusco. It is RM3.39 per 100g now for norwaygian trout salmon. Normal price is RM3.99 per 100g, so for those salmon lovers, grab it now.

No comment on bean curd noodle as I don't really like it and V loves it. So it is kinda hard to me to judge.

Teriyaki grilled salmon starts with maninating the salmon fish with teriyaki sauce. Pour generous portion of teriyaki sauce over the salmon and put it in the fridge (not freezer, prefer to be on the fish compartment). Followed by pealing and chopping onions as aroma enhancements. Put some oil onto the frying pan/pot, stir fry the onion for about 30 seconds, add in soy sauce as necessary. Pour more teriyaki sauce into the pan if you want to have some sauce. Place the salmon into frying pan and flip the fish from time to time till the fish is flaky. Once flaky, the salmon is cooked.

Below pic is what we consumed for lunch today. Salmon with brocolli, bean curd noodle with seafood taufu and crabsticks, last but not least is a glass of ice cold water.
