Home-cooked @ Home

Here is the preparation for black soy sauce chicken. Chop plenty of onions for the aroma and sweetness, carrots and potatoes according to taste. First, stir fry the onions until the onion become soft then add in the chicken parts. Subsequently add in carrots, potatoes and dried chillies. Add in soy sauce and a bit of water according to taste.

Stir the chicken from time to time while add in a bit of salt and pepper. Once all the ingredients well mixed, put on the lid to stew it. The end result is shown above. Tasty!

Second dish is soup. ABC soup which consist of chicken parts, baby carrots, tomatoes, carrots and potatoes. This is quite easy. Wait for the water to boil before putting all these ingredients into the pot. Add in salt and pepper seeds. Boil for two hours and you will get a nice soup.

Third dish is stir fry kangkung. Originally want to do kangkung belacan but don't have belacan. Hence cook stir fry kangkung with prawns and dried prawns. First, put in garlic and dried prawns and stir fry the garlic till golden brown. Put in the kangkung and a little bit of water. Continue to stir fry and add some soy sause as necessary. Fry until the kangkung shrinked then serve on the plate.

Home cooked meal. I kinda like these a lot probably I always eat out on weekdays.
