Sherperd pie @ Home

Here is a post on sherperd pie which we made last month. Sherperd pie is relatively easy to be made as it doesn't involve the pastry. Pan fry the onions and sausages till lightly cooked. Pour in mushroom soup concentrate and add little bit of water. Continue to stir till boil then pour into the baking container.

Coat a layer of smashed potatoes on top of the soup. Here is a view just before putting into a convection oven.

Bake for an hour or till potatoes are lightly burned. Burned potatoes gives the extra crisps. Here is the sherperd pie. Beware of hot containers.
