Manhattan Fish Market @ Queensbay Mall

There is two places making me think of seafood, one is chinese styled, How Yau (Teluk Kumbar). The next would be Manhattan Fish Market (MFM). The seafood here is fresh and best eat with its flaming sauce and garlic rice.

Shown here is "perfect-catch" top-up set meal which comes with soup and iced tea (peach or lemon) for RM9.90. The iced tea is free-flow. Drink sharing is allowed, at least in Queensbay outlet.

Side pic (3rd) showing garlic butter mussel eaten with white toast bread. Just one of my style of eating it, you dont have to follow. I think it would taste better if the bread is garlic bread, unfortunately, even you would like to pay for garlic bread, it is not available in the restaurant.

Yummy garlic butter mussels. It serves with white toast bread. One serving consists of half dozen of them. Freshly served. Highly recommended.

Another best dish here is flamming platter. Flamming platter for one is good enough for one and a half person. Flamming platter for two is good enough for three person. Especially you order some side dish like the mussel like I do.

The prawns will be topped with flamming sauce (sunway pyramid manager once told me it consist of mayo, soy sauce, sugar ... can't remember it all). The sauce is called flamming sauce is because it will be flammed in front of you before served. Notice the burned mark on the prawn, didn't you?

Another nice part of this dish is the fish. All fish is fresh here. Haven't tasted any fish which is not fresh here. Highly recommended restaurant for western style seafood.
